We got to know Zyvra Mobility when my brother stayed at Granite Mesa Marble Falls nursing home. Tonya was the 1st driver sent from Zyvra, she is professional, caring and safe transportation for patients. My brother had back injury. She has a mobile bed similar to the ER carrier bed, my brother was comfortable in an hour trip from Marble Falls to doctor's office at Austin TX. She waited for my brother completed the doctor appointment and drove him back to the nursing home. On the day my brother was discharged from the hospital. Because the short notice of discharge, we originally booked a one week hotel for my brother to stay. When we arrive the hotel, the elevator was broken and the room was on 2nd floor, my brother was on wheelchair. Tonya reasoning with the staffs of the hotel, to help us receive the full refund. She then drove my brother to my home. She was with us through all the difficulties and made sure my brother was safe after hospital discharge. I needed use NEMT service for myself from Zyvra for a last minute wisdom teeth removal since I am from out of the town while the dentistry request to have a colleague/family or NEMT to return home. The person on the phone was kind, direct, and professional. It was a smooth reservation and payment. The driver was patient, very kind to help me out while I was still under IV sedation.
